How does the LuxembourgPass work?
The pass is valid for use throughout the country.
Passes can be purchased for 1, 2 or 3 days.
The LuxembourgPass can be used in the form of a QR code on your mobile phone or printed out.
The pass is activated by scanning and is valid until midnight of the same day at all LuxembourgPass partners.
It must be presented to each LuxembourgPass partner for scanning before the card user can take advantage of the respective offer.
The LuxembourgPass is valid for 365 days from the first use. In the case of a 2- or 3-day pass, use can be spread over this period.

Yes, you can visit attractions or activities several times a day, and depending on the type of the LuxembourgPass, several times over the remaining available days.
Can I visit several attractions and activities in one day?
Yes, the LuxembourgPass allows you to experience as much as possible in one day.
Where can I buy a LuxembourgPass?
The LuxembourgPass can be purchased via our online shop or via our VisitLuxembourg app. In addition, the local tourist offices and selected tourism partners can help you with the purchase process.
How do I receive my LuxembourgPass when I purchase via the website?
With every purchase, regardless of the sales channel, you receive an email with a PDF with LuxembourgPass. You can use it directly on your smartphone or print it out.
Do I need a smartphone for the LuxembourgPass?
No, a smartphone is an advantage, but is not necessary. The digital LuxembourgPass can also be used as a printed ticket.
Can I print out the LuxembourgPass?
After purchasing online, you will receive an email with the LuxembourgPass in the form of a QR code in PDF format, which can be printed out.
Do you have to use the 2- or 3-day LuxembourgPass on consecutive days?
The LuxembourgPass is valid for 365 days from the first use. In the case of a 2- or 3-day LuxembourgPass, use can be spread over this period.
Is my LuxembourgPass only valid on the same calendar day, or 24 hours from the first scan?

Can the LuxembourgPass for groups only be used by members of a family?
No, the LuxembourgPass for groups is flexible and can usually be used by up to 5 people, whether they are related or not.

How is the LuxembourgPass activated?
The LuxembourgPass is activated once it has been scanned by one of our participating partners and is valid on the same calendar day. You must scan the LuxembourgPass again at each attraction in order to benefit from the respective offer.
